While you are designing your own site, there are a lot of your own idea that you can implement in the site. This could include things such as images that come under them or the design template themselves. Special attention must be paid to the logo of your site since if it matches with any existing business, you might be asked to remove it which can be disastrous on the part of the brand image that you might want to build over a long time. Even small things such as an image can be called under the copyright laws. One solution for this is that you can use images that you yourself have taken or take images from one of the May repositories for free photos out there. These images are generally very good and though you might have to go through a lot of images before you find something useful, be sure to check them all.
